Eligibility Conditions
- Pristine Condition: The jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and free of scratches, resizing marks, or metal deformation.
- Security Tag Attached: The tamper-evident security seal tag must remain fully intact and attached to the jewellery piece.
- Original Presentation Box: Must include all certificates of authenticity, hallmark cards, velvet boxes, and gift packaging.
- Bespoke Items: Custom-engraved, made-to-order personalized name designs or customized sizing adjustments are non-returnable unless a manufacturing discrepancy is confirmed upon arrival.
Damaged or Discrepant Deliveries
In the rare circumstance that your parcel arrives with external damage or signs of courier tampering, please do not accept the shipment or notify our concierge with unboxing photographs within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a priority replacement or issue an unconditional refund.
