By accessing our online boutique or placing an order with SD Jewellers, you enter into a binding covenant and agree to be governed by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply uniformly to all website visitors, patrons, registered accounts, and custom design commissioners.

We pride ourselves on master craftsmanship and strict quality control. Natural gemstones are unique creations of nature; minute organic variations in color saturation, inner inclusions, and slight carat weight tolerances are standard indicators of authenticity. All precious metals are certified under national Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmarking regulations.

Prices are quoted in USD or localized dynamic currency equivalents. Because bullion prices fluctuate continuously on global markets, we reserve the right to periodically adjust catalogue pricing in alignment with current precious metal spot prices.

Proposals submitted via our interactive "Make Price Offer" feature represent bona fide inquiries. An agreement is considered binding only after formal approval by both the patron and our pricing desk. Accepted offers provide a 7-day cart lock window, after which unconfirmed reservations lapse automatically.

All proprietary jewellery designs, 3D CAD models, custom master moulds, imagery, copy, and brand iconography featured across this boutique are the exclusive intellectual property of SD Jewellers. Unauthorized reproduction, manufacturing emulation, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any contractual transactions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of our registered business domicile.
